Wedding Packages
A minimum of 150 ADULT guests is required to book an event in the Clubhouse on Saturday,
and 100 ADULT guests on Friday and Sunday during the months of May through October.
Wedding Package price minimum of $48.95 per persons applies Friday, Saturday
and Sunday during the months of May through October.

Payment
The date of the function is not guaranteed until a deposit is made. A
non-refundable deposit of 20% of the projected total for food, beverage, tax and
gratuity is required to guarantee the party date. The price quotation you
receive is subject to an increase in the event that the cost of food, beverages,
supplies, labor costs or other increases arise.
A guaranteed
guest count must be provided ten (10) days prior to the event.
If no count is received, we will assume the guarantee to be the original figure
given when planning the event and will charge accordingly. If the number of
guests exceeds the guaranteed guest count, a charge for each additional guest will
be added.
Liquor
Liquor and wine cannot be brought into the Clubhouse from outside sources.
Clubhouse bartenders maintain the right to refuse service of alcohol to any guest.
No guests under the age of 21 will be served alcoholic beverages.
Damages
Damages to the Clubhouse or property by guests will be the responsibility of
the person booking the event. Use of confetti, rice, rose petals, bubbles
or similar items will not be permitted. A $200.00 service charge for cleanup
will be added to the bill if they are used.
Pavilion Rentals
For events in the main hall with less than 200 adult guests, the covered pavilion
located on the side of the main banquet facility may be rented for $300.00 per event
Rehearsals
If a wedding ceremony is to be held on one of the pavilions,
arrangements for a date and time for rehearsal must be made in advance with the
Clubhouse. There will be
NO ACCESS to the inside of the clubhouse during rehearsals.
Decorations and Entertainment
Decorating is not permitted. Scipione Catering's experienced design team will
be responsible for all displays and decorations. Existing clubhouse decor
may not be rearranged or moved. Nothing
may be affixed to walls with tape, staples, nails or glue. Candles of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
If floral arrangements and a wedding cake are to be brought in, prior arrangements
MUST be made for delivery times. Anything brought into the Clubhouse must be brought
on the day of your event and removed that evening. Any items left
at the end of the event will be considered the property of the clubhouse and may
be discarded at our discretion.
If you have rented one of the pavilions and wish to place decorations on it, none
of the decorations may interfere with the operation of the roll-up windscreens.
DJ's and any other entertainers will be permitted to play as long as your bar is
open, and must provide a certificate of insurance naming Scipione Catering, Inc.
as an additional insured.
Guest List
A list of the names of all guests attending your function must be provided in
duplicate 7 days prior to the event in order that your guests will not be charged
admission to the park. If you are assigning seating, you must
provide the Clubhouse with a seating list of the number of guests at each table
7 days prior to the event. For events that have a choice of entree,
place cards must be marked according to the choice of entree.
If vegetarian entrees are required, notification must be given along with the guest
count ten (10) days prior to the event.
Scipione Catering, Inc. shall not assume responsibility for any merchandise or articles
left on premise during or after an event.
All terms of this agreement must be adhered to, unless prior written agreement had
been made with Scipione Catering, Inc.
